These Terms & Conditions apply to bookings and participation in our desert experiences. Activity-specific requirements and instructions provided at booking or before the activity also form part of the applicable service terms.

A booking is confirmed only after the required booking information has been received and confirmation has been issued. Guests are responsible for accurate contact, participant and pickup details.

Cancellation, rescheduling and refund eligibility depend on the terms communicated for the selected experience. Late cancellations, no-shows or changes after the applicable cut-off may be subject to charges.

Guests must follow safety instructions, provide accurate information, arrive prepared and must not participate while impaired by alcohol, drugs or any substance affecting safe judgment or physical control.

Only eligible and authorized participants may drive. Drivers must complete the briefing, operate responsibly and follow route, speed and convoy instructions. Reckless driving, racing, intentional vehicle contact and unauthorized route changes are prohibited.

Vehicles must be used only for their intended purpose and according to operating instructions. Guests may be responsible for loss or damage resulting from negligent, reckless, prohibited or unauthorized use, subject to applicable law and booking terms.

We may delay, modify, relocate or cancel an experience where weather, visibility, road conditions, government restrictions, safety concerns or other circumstances beyond reasonable control make the planned activity unsafe or impractical.

Routes, vehicles, pickup arrangements, schedules and inclusions may change when required for safety, availability or operational reasons. Specific vehicle availability is not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed.

Off-road desert activities involve inherent risks associated with uneven terrain, speed, heat, sand, weather and vehicle operation. Participants must follow safety requirements. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where prohibited by applicable law.
